Teams
Tip Top has twelve distinct teams:
- High Angle
- Short Haul with contracted helicopter
- Water / Dive / Boat Rescue
- Ice Rescue
- Swift Water
- ATV
- Avalanche
- Snowmobile
- Horse
- Wilderness / Dog / Backcountry Evacuation
- Medical team of WFR/WFA/EMT certifications
- Technical/GIS/Map
Each team has its own special training. To be part of the specialized team, a member has to go through training for that individual team. Many of the searches require all members or at least members from several different teams.
